Since 2019, Derisk have provided our client with various services with regards to the provision of safety services within their estate of railway, airport and road transport locations across the UK.

Our work ensured that opening, closure and refurbishment of retail units progresses smoothly and encumbered by delays or compliance issues. Derisk also provided ad-hoc H&S services to the client’s project teams for liaison and compliance within the Network Rail managed stations portfolio.

Landlord’s Consent and Listed Building Consent applications – assisting SSP with administrative tasks. Creating and monitoring the status of LLC via the National Rail portal. And completing LBC applications where required.
